Erik Marinovich is a letterist and designer based in San Francisco. He is a co-founder of Friends of Type and has worked for clients such as New York Times, New York Magazine, Bloomberg Businessweek, The Atlantic Monthly, Wired, Metropolis magazine, GAP, Lincoln Motor Company, Nike; while also freelancing for various studios such as: Landor, Brand Union, Greatworks, Anomaly in New York. He was named Letter Cult’s Person of the Year 2011 and in 2012 co-founded Title Case, a lettering and design studio with fellow letterer Jessica Hische.
Erik is currently accepting freelance lettering and design work and is available for conference and university speaking engagements. This website was lovingly designed and developed by Jessica Hische in Wordpress from Elliot Jay Stocks’s Starkers Theme. The logotype is custom lettering by Erik.
